“ This place is AMAZING & peep those late night hours...Insane! I came here after a Dodger Game & it was actually not that crowded on a Friday night @ 8pm. The sides & the dishes here are the best I have had by far in LA. This place was a recommendation from a friend of mine that has been to Korea & she even says it's better! Definitely come here with a big party and order the Galbi Jjim. It's so big but so good- nothing beats the cheese torch and the sauce that the Galbi is in. The best Korean place with the best late night vibes! ”
“ Obsessed with this place. Their soup is always bomb. My bf is obsessed with yuk gae jang here. It's our favorite late night meal (especially after drinking). It heals our soul. Their radish kimchi is sooo good and perfectly ripe and sweet/crisp. I LOVE their brisket sauce that comes with it. It's really good to-go as well, which I always appreciate. Service is always fast and friendly. Really busy on weekends but fun, bustling ambiance. ”
“ Never knew about this place yet I would pass by it all the time when I'm in Ktown. This place opens late, so you know it's always packed!! Came here with some friends and the wait was only about 10 mins for a table--guess I can say we got lucky? Efficient service, and huge portions enough to share with a big party so def recommend to bring your friends. I think the majority of people order the Koh Galbi Jjim which comes with short ribs and ox tail with cheese that they use a blow torch. Everyone is ready to record for their IG story lol. They also serve side dishes like kimchi, pickled cucumber, sprouts, pickled diced onions, etc. We ordered purple rice to eat with as well. The medium spice level 2 is not too spicy which is perfect for me. I also ordered the Teuk Galbi Tang (Beef back rib & short rib soup). The soup had enoki mushrooms and dates in it, which added a sweet flavor to the broth. I really enjoy the atmosphere and the food is very comforting way to socialize with good company. ”
“ Tiny resto in the heart of ktown that always has a line. Pretty straight forward, you go in, order, eat and leave vibe. Everyone there is so accomodating and patiently answers your question even though you can tell they're busy. I do not recall the dish i ordered but its one of their staple and it did not dissapoint. Portions are huge on this one though but its oh so delish. Valet parking available and its $4; i believe they accept zelle (or venmo) but better to prepare cash to be on the safe side. ”
“ This is for a to-go order First off - their packaging for Togo is great - no spills and it survived the drive from ktown to the valley. Sides are tasty and I loved the purple rice. When you order they ask you if you want white or purple rice. I always liked the purple rice in other places and I loved this one as well. Since I am not familiar with oxtail soup - honestly I am not sure what it's supposed to taste like- my order of oxtail was a lot think for 1 person and the meat was tender, broth was white and didn't have a weird after taste but I did find it bland. There were salt and pepper given to me so I put a lot of that until I get the seasoning I want. I dipped the tender oxtail in the jalapeño and onion mixture - I also dipped it in a mixture of salt and pepper and it was wonderful. I've been wanting to try this soup for a while now so I am happy I did. This restaurant is located in a busy parking lot corner of 6th and Alexandria- they do have valet and they were nice enough to tell me since it's to-go order I can just park on the side while I wait. Service is fast - I went in and ordered they told me 15 mins and it was ready on time and packed really well. Quick glance in the dining area - on a Sunday lunch time it's pretty busy but there are some seats available. ”
